Non-consensual intimate imagery / deepfakes — zero tolerance
Doxxing — no private personal data exposure
Credible threats / incitement / weapons instructions — criminal-law adjacent
Malware, phishing, fraud infrastructure — platform attack content
Trafficking / exploitation / solicitation — reportable
Infringement surviving a valid notice — contract cannot license it
Impersonation for fraud — staff, creators, organisations, real people
Election/campaign financing via platform money — existing policy
