Single-rung suggestion contract: the claimer is paid the whole accumulated pool on a successful STAY verdict, or the remaining stake is refunded to patrons on LEAVE / rejection / expiry (existing refund paths).

Rights, receipts & legal
A receipt is written once the contract closes (completed, stalled, abandoned or rejected) and embeds the contract hash plus the evidence hashes.
